In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the conclusion of your contract (order) to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify any reason or pay any penalty.

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to cosmetic or hygiene products whose packaging has been unsealed after delivery. Only products returned in their original, intact packaging may be eligible for withdrawal. In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure activity services that are to be provided on a specific date or during a specific period.
